More on Dubai:
Speaking about the new venture, managing director of Dukes Collection, Debrah Dhugga, said: "Dukes Dubai will be a true British gem in Dubai, offering both corporate travellers and holidaymakers an oasis of luxury and old-English charm, and espousing everything that makes us proud to be British."
Two dining options will open in the hotel: The Great British Restaurant and Khyber, both headed up by executive head chef, Martin Cahill. Duke’s afternoon tea will be available in the dedicated Tea Lounge, or guests can relax in the Gentleman’s Cigar Lounge.
