Kai Taylor will oversee the company’s digital department, after moving from Phantom, one of Google’s partner agencies. The appointment is in line with clients’ growing need for digital expertise.

Meanwhile, the agency has also appointed three new interns, Jan Kunert, Mica McFarlane and Lucy Thompson. They will be supporting the company in the lead up to Christmas on events for a high street bank and two large pharmaceutical clients, as well as a series of engagements across the FMCG, financial and charity sectors.

Speaking about his new role, Taylor said: "As the head of digital it’s an exciting time to be joining an engagement agency. A huge transformation is happening in the digital space. Technology is moving at a faster pace now than ever before. This next era of technology brings with it so many new possibilities for digital involvement within live experiences and I am excited to be part of the team at INVOLVE."

Ash Freeman, a director at INVOLVE, added: "To have a new group of interns is really exciting as four of our current project team have started off as interns. This group are the most qualified yet, with degrees from both Bristol and Leeds Universities and a bilingual Masters graduate."
