Venue of the Week: The Brewery

C&IT's Venue of the Week is The Brewery, which has recently upgraded its event spaces.

The venue, which is based near Old Street and Barbican, has seen major renovations in the past few months. The refurbishment project has seen improvements to several of the venue’s rooms including King George III, Queen Charlotte and the Sugar Rooms, as well as the reception area.

The King George III, the second largest space, is now equipped to host conferences and awards dinners, with an increased capacity of 300.

A nine-screen plasma wall has been installed in the reception area, allowing clients to display video content and branding while integrating social media feeds. Carpets have also been removed in all spaces and replaced with oak wooden floors.

The Sugar Rooms have also been restored back to their original look with fresh paint work and new custom-designed air conditioning covers installed to match the room.
