The programme, which is being designed by head of client services, Fellows and former Sony Mobile head of events Melissa Noakes, has a clear objective to support ambitious people in the events industry.

Working under the belief that everyone should have access to a support network, ELEVATE is hoping to raise the bar for talent within the industry. Talent manager at Amplify Courtney Bausch has also joined the team, and will be using her expertise to help mentees.

Designed for people of all ages, the programme will run for six months, with 2016’s first sessions taking place in November.

"We’ve already had an amazing response to the programme. In the past week alone nearly 50 mentors have committed their involvement and time to supporting individuals within the industry," said Fellows. "The calibre of the mentors is excellent and covers every role within the industry, there is someone for everyone, no matter what your position and/or situation. A few of those brands confirmed include Innocent, Balance Me, Sledge, Wonder, Sony, Pretty Green, Amplify, Evolve, Clive and Neverland."
