Vista has been commended for ongoing learning and development investment for its employees, spanning across internal and external initiatives, whilst maintaining a clear link to the agencies business objectives.

The Vista team accredited the success of its newly acclaimed silver status to clear strategy and focus, demonstrated in a recent engagement survey highlighting that 97% of the Vista team believe in the new business plan and understand how the roles impact it.

Vista has recently announced that the company predicts strong growth since the 2015 rebrand, as it looks set to beat its targets for the second consecutive year. The agency recorded a 15% turnover rise for the 2015 financial year to £16.2m and similar increases are expected for the coming 2016 financial year.

HR Director at Vista, Vicky Idle commented "Embarking upon the Investors in People accreditation has enabled us to understand how well our people practices are working but also provide us with an external benchmark against others within the same industry. We are delighted with the Silver accreditation and this is just the start of a journey of continuous improvement as we stride towards creating a truly healthy agency."
