Sundial Group's venue finding agency records 48% growth

Sundial Group's venue finding agency has grown by 48% following its most successful business year to date.

The group has recorded its ‘most successful’ year to date, with client spend increasing by 23% from £5.2m to £6.4m.

Rebecca Carter, Sundial SOS’s general manger, attributed the growth to the development of existing client business, especially in the learning and development sector, investment in staff training and an increased demand for teambuilding.

"Our focus this last year has been on nurturing client relationships and building trust. By combining client insight, brand knowledge and venue expertise we’ve been able to provide our clients with a bespoke service for both their one-off events and longer-term meeting strategies.

"Investment in team training – both personal development and industry training - has also had a significant impact on the service we provide our customers. We’ve also seen an increase in demand for team building in response to remote working and the advances in technology in the workplace."
