Cievents expands its Hong Kong team

Agency cievents has announced the appointment of Mireya Garcia as creative director in Hong Kong.

Formerly the founder and creative cirector of Maya Events, Garcia will focus on the development of integrated creative event strategies for clients in Hong Kong, China, Macau and throughout Asia.

General manager of cievents, Carly Lewis said: "We are delighted to welcome Mireya Garcia to head our design and creative team at cievents. Mireya has been delivering creative event solutions for over 12 years and her live production, creative, digital, design and visualization expertise will enhance our current full service event offering."

Garcia founded Maya Events in Hong Kong in 2005 and has worked on numerous events from luxury product launches to large-scale gala dinners and corporate functions. Speaking about her new role, she said: "I am extremely excited to join the cievents team. The company is renowned for delivering inspiring, large scale events both locally and globally, so I look forward to adding my creative vision and approach into the mix."
