To coincide with the rebrand, FIRST has launched a new website today, which reflects the new brand and visual identity of the agency. In an exclusive video, Riches speaks to C&IT about why the company decided to rebrand and the processes involved.
The rebrand follows two major changes within the agency in the last few months. In May, FIRST named Barry Richards as the president of the firm’s expanded managed services division in New York. Shortly after, the company acquired Barkley Kalpak Agency (BKA) and appointed Jeff Kalpak as President, Americas to work directly with Maureen Ryan-Fable, CEO, Americas. The acquisition has enhanced the agency’s client portfolio in several key industries and service areas, and increased its total global workforce to nearly 200.
