Quintessentially Travel acquires CJL Total Travel Management

Quintessentially Travel, the tour operator arm of the Quintessentially Group, has announced a move into the corporate travel space, following the acquisition of CJL Total Travel Management.

The acquisition brings the Quintessentially Travel Group turnover to £35 million, as it aims to extends its offering in the corporate travel and incentive market.

CJL Travel provides clients with a full range of corporate travel solutions, adhering to corporate policies and offering personalised services.

Ian Neale, Global CEO of Quintessentially Travel Group told C&IT that the acquisition was likely to enhance the group’s incentive offering. "We are delighted to acquire such a prominent corporate travel business with a strong industry reputation for providing a fantastic service to their established client base. We receive many requests from our Quintessentially membership and corporate clients to provide a comprehensive corporate travel service, so this will significantly enhance our offering in the market."
