The Gran Hotel Montesol Ibiza, Curio Collection by Hilton opened last week in a building that dates back to 1933 and is recognised by UNESCO as an asset of cultural interest.
The hotel has 33 rooms and features interiors designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán, with views of the old town and harbour. Formentera is a short ferry ride away, whilst popular beaches such as Ses Salines and Cala Vadella are also easily accessible.
The hotel’s Café Montesol serves up Mediterranean cuisine and authentic tapas, and can accommodate up to 300 guests. In addition there is a bespoke concierge service to assist guests with everything from restaurant bookings to yacht charters and diving excursions.
The hotel is the 24th Curio property to open, and the style is in line with other properties under the brand.
