The agency was appointed in October 2015 to deliver the event for the retailer, which has more 6,300 stores globally. They were asked to create an experience that would engage 1,500 Walmart employees through a strong agenda, powerful presentations and interactive entertainment.
The Leeds and London based agency utilised its core services to deliver the live event, including film, production management and content creation, to attendees from ten different countries. The content covered nine country culture presentations including Canada, Central America, Japan and India. The agenda also included 16 award presentations, including International Associate of the Year, an International Lip Sync Challenge and a performance from American magician Justin Flom.
