Through a programme called Open 2016, the agency will deliver a series of new events to build on the essence of the January conference and link back to the key messages.
The original event, which took place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, successfully focused the minds of all employees and marked the way forward for the company’s future. Using mclcreate’s webcasting systems, Swinton was able to communicate to the entire business. In addition to inviting 750 employees, a further 1,060 employees were able to watch the stream.
"We wanted a fresh, forward-thinking event that demonstrated our commitment to change, empowered our employees and showed how we could work together to achieve great things in the future," said Gilles Normand, CEO of Swinton.
