Williams has spent several years at Captivate Presentations, while Rhall previously worked at Mitchells and Butlers before moving to a client services role at Owl Live in Liverpool.

In their new positions, both will report to HGA’s managing director, Dan Laurence.

"Their experience is directly relevant to the refreshed NBD [new business development] approach that we have adopted and that has seen a significant uplift in our activity levels, our ability to engage in meaningful conversations with our targeted prospects and that has already led to us receiving a number of exciting and substantial opportunities," he said.

"We are determined that HGA will continue its recent growth to achieve a size that is appropriate to our expertise, that reflects our fantastic heritage of 27 years as an award-winning creative agency and that continues to provide our clients and our colleagues with work and a level of service appropriate to our belief in securing 'clients for life'."
