As part of the plan, some of the city's most iconic venues including the new Opera House, the Firenze Fiera Congress and Exhibition Centre and the Palazzo dei Congressi garden in the heart of the city centre will be free to hire.

Benefits also include food and beverage courtesy of caterer Gerist Ricevimenti, poster-printing services by local signage company SSD Grafiche, and technologies such as personalised digital screens by Tecnoconference.

A special booking system has been developed to allow congress organisers to get an easy revenue on individual reservations choosing the best selected hotels with rates 5% lower and with friendly cancellation policies for guests.

In addition, the plan includes general support to the organising secretariat, a welcome desk at the airport on arrival days, a complimentary city information desk with the possibility of selling tours and activities and full assistance during site visits.
