Pitch expectations and event security hot topics at C&IT Agency Forum

Clients' pitch expectations, event security, talent retention, protecting IP and small versus large agencies are all topics up for debate at C&IT's Agency Forum on 3-5 August at Excel London.

The event will feature a mix of one-to-one meetings with suppliers and interactive educational content sessions and workshops from leading agencies and suppliers.

Sessions include: 'The Power of Brand You', on how to develop personal branding and 'The Pitch Factor: What Makes A Winner?', which will feature a panel of client planners, plus an event tech showcase.

Delegates will also be able to choose to attend two of three interactive workshops on Event Security and Crisis Management, Talent Management: Recruiting And Retaining The Best, and Protecting IP While Protecting Your Relationship.

Meanwhile, ‘Size Matters...Or Does It?’ will see a small and large agency debate the role of small agencies in an increasingly competitive era of consolidation and ever-increasing expectations from clients.

Representatives from agencies including Vista, Bluehat, AOK Events, In2Events, Ex Events and Rapiergroup have already signed up for this years’ forum.

Last year’s Agency Forum was held at Thorpe Park and Mercedes-Benz World (below) and included three days of rollercoasters, networking drinks, meetings and educational sessions.
