Headed up by Jim Kirkpatrick and Alan Wight, Cascade now generates a turnover of more than £4m a year, while four of its staff have previously been named in C&IT’s A List, including Jennifer Houlihan, Joanne Madeley, Alex Murphy and Hollie Wright.

"A wide variety of event projects have seen the Cascade team working all over the world, in some fascinating locations - in church bell towers, on the pitch at Wembley, in the tunnels beneath Walt Disney World, in fields, in the desert and at the top of the Burj Khalifa, said Wight. "Our cameras have been to the top of Everest, to the South Pole, abseiled down the Shard, been under the Caribbean, and we have worked with some amazing celebrities, speakers and artists."

Kirkpatrick and Wight aim to maintain their 'hands on' approach to the business, as they continue to deliver events for existing clients and expand the client base.
