The property has 352 guest rooms, including eight suites and 89 residence suites, all owned and operated by Swire Hotels.

Ranging in size from 300 to 1,800 square feet, the contemporary rooms, suites, and residence suites feature balconies with views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in rain showers, and complimentary wi-fi.

Alongside two restaurants, a poolside bar and a rooftop bar, the hotel offers 1,858 sqm of event space and outdoor venues. All event spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows, complimentary wi-fi access, A/V equipment, and technical support. Customisable menus and canapés are available for groups, ranging from small bites to family-style sit-down dinners.

The hotel also boasts futuristic lifts, which take guests to the rooftop bar and garden, Sugar, which is situated on the 40th floor.
