The move is part of the agency’s aim to expand its services in the Nordic market, through conferences, incentives, congresses and exhibitions. ICS will be on hand to provide local knowledge, connections and operational assistance at all events.

"ICS and MCI complement each other perfectly, and together the ambition is to continue striving, developing the company and driving innovation for all our clients", said Thomas Wuethrich, managing director of MCI Nordics.

ICS founder and CEO, Per Ankaer, who will now lead MCI Nordics institutional division as director of sales, said: "Accessing the enormous pool of knowledge and experience available within MCI, will allow me to better serve our clients to help them reach their business goals."

In 2015, MCI Group delivered 5,100 projects worldwide, working with 85 of the Fortune 500 companies.
