Horn has joined from TES Global, where he was events operations director. Previously to this he was director of live and creative at Freeman.

Seaman said: "We’re delighted that Lee has joined Rapiergroup. His appointment represents our commitment to continue to service our clients at the highest levels, offering them strategic solutions. His wealth of experience speaks for itself and he will be a valuable addition to our senior leadership team."

Horn added: "I’m thrilled to be joining Rapiergroup at such an exciting time for the agency. With a constant increase in clients and projects, it highlights the recognition of Rapiergroup to deliver and exceed expectations. I’m excited by the vision and plans for the agency that are already in place, and look forward to being part of the team responsible for delivering the next phase of growth and development for both our team and our clients alike."

Earlier this year Rapiergroup also promoted Chris Litchfield, its creative director, to the board.
