Rapiergroup appoints client strategy director

Agency Rapiergroup has hired Lee Horn, previously event director for TES Global, to be its client strategy director.

Horn’s role will be to lead the strategy, planning and best practice for existing and new business accounts and allowing continued growth of the agency’s vision. He will report into Helen Seaman, Rapiergroup’s managing director.

Horn has joined from TES Global, where he was events operations director. Previously to this he was director of live and creative at Freeman.

Seaman said: "We’re delighted that Lee has joined Rapiergroup. His appointment represents our commitment to continue to service our clients at the highest levels, offering them strategic solutions. His wealth of experience speaks for itself and he will be a valuable addition to our senior leadership team."

Earlier this year Rapiergroup also promoted Chris Litchfield, its creative director, to the board.
