It also provides transportation and staffing services, tours and experiential activities, teambuilding, dine-arounds, entertainment and site selection, as well as event design.

Argentina DMC Passion for Events is headed up by Araceli Di Meglio and Pablo Ribaric and has put together event programmes for more than 15 years. It works only with local suppliers.

Nikki Mitchell, managing partner at Destinations Unlimited, said: "This strategic move will aid and strengthen our ongoing quest to provide reputable DMCs. It will also minimise costly and time-consuming research for our clients; thus taking the uncertainty out of DMC selection.

"Being able to provide support to our clients across both South and North America is crucial to us and will complement our portfolio really well. A decision to add a new partner to the portfolio is never taken lightly; and each choice is made with our important and discerning clients and their needs in mind."
