Corporate Events promotes two account managers following growth

Senior event managers Laura Petela and Vicky Halle have been promoted to account managers following a year of growth for Corporate Events.

Petela has spent seven years at Corporate Events, starting out as junior event manager working across multiple brands on a variety of events. Her new role will see her take on the account management and relationship development of the agency’s longest standing client.

Halle, who formerly worked at Manchester agency Ear to the Ground, has also been promoted to account manager after four years at Corporate Events. She will take responsibility for another of the agency's largest clients, managing all aspects of the event delivery process.

The two promotions follow a period of expansion for the agency that has seen it Corporate Events, which as see it win Müller as a client and take on eight new staff members in a six-month period. Corporate Events is also predicting a 24% rise in turnover for 2016.

Michelle Newnham, account director at Corporate Events, said: "The decision to promote Laura and Vicky was an easy one to make. They both have a tremendous dedication for the job and a strong focus on meeting their clients’ needs. I am extremely proud of their achievements and their contribution."
