AstraZeneca's Art of Possible event

AstraZeneca brought together its UK marketing arm so the senior leadership team could convey the strategic plans and future focus for the business, as well as recognise successes from 2015. The theme was 'the art of the possible', with sessions exploring what this really means and how it can be applied to each employee.

The venue strengthened this message by challenging attendees' pre-conceived perceptions of Butlin's. It redefined itself as a flexible conference environment, with everything under one roof to maximise the time on-site and focus on reinforcing messages and content. The Skyline Pavilion provided a unique gala dinner experience.

"Ashfield managed the complexities and rotations with meticulous attention to detail and, along with Butlin's and Production Bureau, were extremely passionate about working in partnership to achieve success," says Rob Quayle, meetings leader & head of events, AstraZeneca, Global Commercial UK Marketing Company."

Wella Trendvision 2015 live stream

The Wella Trendvision event was held to launch Wella Professionals' 2016 trends and to host the International Trendvision Award (ITVA) final for a live and digital global audience of stylists and media.

This year, it was designed to evolve around the audience, bringing them closer to Wella's creative work. This was also achieved through an on-demand experience online: 'Wella TV'. Live streaming and pre-recorded content gave exclusive backstage access to Wella's top stylists and insights into the creative process, showing the craft and inspiration behind the looks.

Reiner Sauter, Wella creative director says: "This year was about opening Wella up; sharing our creative secrets with our colleagues to inspire and elevate the industry. By partnering with Jack Morton Worldwide, we were able to create a truly inspirational experience for everyone."

Allergan's Grand Opening Plenary

Allergan approached Bluedog Productions to produce a Grand Opening Plenary session for its three-day 2016 West Europe Sales Conference. Hotel Arts in Barcelona hosted 700 delegates for the conference from 12 countries.

Breaking away from the usual plenary model, the theme was a TV interview, with strategic messages being delivered to sales teams. This was coupled with a 'house band' before Brent Saunders, Allergan CEO, presented the quarterly 'Townhall', streamed to 15,000 employees globally.

The set was then transformed by Bluedog for the annual Presidents Club Awards Gala Dinner. Luis Iglesias, SVP & President, West Europe, said the concept worked brilliantly, grabbing the audience's attention: "From the first pre-production meeting I knew Bluedog 'got it'."
