Ella started her events career with Bombay Sapphire working on a large exhibition in Milan and was instantly hooked.
Boss says: Alan Doyle, deputy director of operations: "She's the dream combination for a senior producer: absolutely committed to delivery for the client but equally unwavering in her dedication to pushing the boundaries through innovation and creativity."
Best event I've worked on: A post-Fashion Week dinner for Vivienne Westwood. We organised a huge, freestanding floral display and were putting the finishing touches on when one of her senior team members said he hated it and Vivienne would, too. I panicked, but later Vivienne walked in and said the flowers were incredible. What a relief!
Most challenging moment: Producing the launch party for the Boeing Dreamliner at the Science Museum. We had 45 minutes to set up a fully integrated production set across five spaces and two levels, complete with bespoke projection installations and flying blimps!
Dream event: Something experiential and interactive, probably for a consumer brand where I could make an entire environment.
Alternative career: I would be a tile designer. I love tiles.
Goals before 40: I'd like to become a creative director.
