In line with the popularity of new technology at events, C&IT caught up with corporate planners to discuss the kit that excites them most.

Agencies are always buzzing about the latest in event technology and how it can be used, but are corporate event planners thinking along the same lines? Over the next two days, C&IT will be revealing what corporate planners really think and what they're using at their events.

First up is Amy Brown, head of events EMEA at Google and Kate Conway, events and dealer marketing manager at Hyundai Motor UK, who discuss the merits of Google Cardboard.

Tomorrow, Sarah Lawrence, business events expert at B&Q, Claudia Goss, events executive at ESI Media and Rebecca Goodman, events specialist at Ageas UK, will share thier thoughts on digital cards and 3D mapping.
