Agency Light Motif hires new account director

Events agency Light Motif has taken on Laura Hatton, formerly of Melon Events, as account director.

Hatton will be responsible for looking after some of the agency’s key client accounts. She has a range of experience in the industry and was formerly head of events at Melon Events. In the past she has also worked for The Concerto Group and Tui Travel.

Hatton said: "I’m really excited about working with the team at Light Motif. I have been following the rapid growth of the company for the last few years now and it has been great to see how far they have come in such a short space of time.

"When the opportunity arose I jumped at the chance to explore the production side of events and can’t wait to expand my knowledge of the industry further."
