Madden has joined Bluehat from Forbidden Technologies, where he was group finance director and CFO of its US subsidiary. He replaces Bluehat’s previous head of finance, Duncan Lynn, who has left the company.

Tim Shepley, CEO of Bluehat Group, said: "We are delighted to welcome Phil to our senior leadership team at Bluehat as finance director. He brings a wealth of experience on the operation and management of professional services organisations such as ours, and will significantly strengthen our corporate management capability and commercial focus.

"Not only does Phil's fresh insight add value to the leadership of our finance team, but his previous experience working within our most highly valued clients' own finance teams gives us the added advantage of being able to improve further our client services."
