The first of the new spaces, The Grand Stand, can host conferences for up to 56 delegates cabaret-style and 100 delegates theatre-style. The space also has a mezzanine level, the Father Time Gallery, which is sold in conjunction with it and is available for breakout and refreshment space. The Father Time Gallery can also be hired separately for networking events and drinks receptions for up to 100 delegates.

The third refurbished space, the President’s Box, offers views over the hallowed cricket pitch and can accommodate a dinner for up to 48 delegates.

The investment has seen the refurbishment of the kitchens and toilet facilities, while digital signage has also been created to improve communications.

Zoe Ward, MCC meetings and events sales manager, said: "The project has given us three new event spaces in readiness for the cricket season that enhance the already wide variety of flexible event spaces available at Lord’s."
