Aspect appoints new director

Agency Aspect has appointed Andrew McLaughlin as a director, in line with the development of a new leadership team.

McLaughlin has joined the company after spending several years in freelancing roles in both the UK and overseas. His speciality lies in developing strategies and creative tools for corporate internal communications functions.

Jo Randle, Aspect’s CEO, said: "We are delighted to have attracted Andrew to Aspect. He is a real lateral thinker and we are excited about what he can do to add further value to our clients by creating powerful, effective, memorable and measurable communication solutions. His global knowledge adds further weight and depth to Aspect."

She added that his appointment was a real milestone to the vision of building a new leadership team to take Aspect into the future.

McLaughlin said: "I am looking forward to helping in the development of Aspect, taking it to the next stage and growing it into a company we can all be proud of."
