In addition to the profit rise, turnover has also increased by 10% to £16m, after a ‘successful year of growth’.
In line with the expansion, the company has appointed three new employees including Chris Litchfield as creative director and board member, Alexa Boddey as project manager and Danielle Howard as project executive.
Meanwhile, rapiergroup has recently undertaken the Investors in People assessment, and has been accredited with the Silver level. According to managing director Helen Seaman, this is in line with the company’s ongoing commitment to life-work balance for employees. She attributed the improvement in financial performance to new business growth, particularly the Sibos event, as well as continued investment in teams.
"I am delighted with the exceptional results achieved this year and it is testament to the hard work from all of our team. Combined with achieving silver accreditation for Investors in People we have demonstrated that by focusing and developing our people, we can achieve great results."
