Blueprint has announced that it has combined its previously separate teams of Event Management & Logistics, Event Production and Video Production and created a new expanded team called Events & Video Production. The revamp is down to growth from the agency’s global client base and an increasing requirement from clients for a flexible response to briefs.

The new Events & Video Production team will be led by Blueprint's former head of video and production, Mark Anand, who specialises in creating immersive content and events.

Based at Blueprint's head office in Putney, the team will also service the agency’s international client base with representatives in Dubai and Germany. It will also deliver projects across Asia and the USA.

Anand said: "The expansion of this team allows us to cost effectively bring the innovative presentation technology we already use and introduce it more broadly into the delegate journey.

"A great example of this is how we're using wearable technology for conference delegates so that we replace the name badge or lanyard with a tool that is two-way. This allows delegates to interact with the content in real time without the need for a separate device."

The new team has a number of confirmed projects for the next year including 40 driving events for Audi, the ChildLine Ball, an experiential campaign for a mobile brand, global incentive travel events, and international conferences in Miami, Barcelona and Budapest.

Blueprint’s other clients have included Sony Mobile, Porsche, The Guardian and Just Eat.
