Douglas O’Neill, managing director, said that after Inntel had posted its best results in 31 years, the decision to purchase the company was made from a secure financial position.

"Travel Services is a well-established, independent and family-owned business that has built its reputation over 33 years for excellent customer service, just like Inntel," he explained. "It works with long-standing customers from a variety of sectors including IT, banking, construction and education. We are therefore delighted to welcome Travel Services into the Inntel Group."

The Travel Services team brings specialist skills in group accommodation and event bookings management. Other services include working for corporate, charity and national association clients as venue finders and organisers for large-scale conference and congress events.
