The Riverside Company Conference

Private equity firm The Riverside Company held its conference at London's Rosewood Hotel on 9 December 2015. The event saw 100 delegates attend, flying in from around Europe and the US. The Rosewood Hotel was chosen as the venue due to its location - near the firm's London office - and its accessibility from a number of London airports.

AOK Events delivered the event alongside the Riverside marketing team. To create a more intimate setting for the event, the venue was decorated with soft furnishings and lamps to build a relaxed atmosphere.

Stephanie Fraser, marketing consultant at The Riverside Company, says: "The meticulous support from AOK Events in planning and executing this event ensured we exceeded expectations and delivered the conference with phenomenal success."

EFG Hermes 5th London MENA Conference

In September 2015, Middle East and North Africa investment bank EFG Hermes held its annual MENA Conference at Emirates Stadium. Agency SIAN Events was appointed to deliver the event, including planning and logistics.

The three-day conference saw more than 250 of the bank's international fund managers and institutional investors meet with 117 financial institutions. The aim was for the business to present itself to potential investors.

Emirates Stadium was chosen as it offered 90 individual meeting rooms that all boasted views of the football pitch.

The stadium's operations team set up each of the meeting rooms, while catering partner Delaware North fed attendees during the conference. Delegates were also offered tours of the stadium and a taxi service was available.

GHD Italia's Catwalk Showcase and Incentive

GHD Italia hosted its Annual Catwalk Showcase and Incentive in London last October, with the global hair product company inviting its top 1,000 clients to the Hilton London Metropole hotel for the event.

Creative production agency Wolf & White was selected to deliver the three-day trip, which was a reward for the brand's top Italian clients and included an exclusive invitation to the coveted GHD showcase.

As part of the event, clients enjoyed two days of leisure and sightseeing activities around the capital. The GHD sales team also held a one-day sales conference, which showcased new products and styles for the coming year.

Wolf & White delivered all aspects of the event including booking the hotel, organising the travel and logistics and handling the creative treatment, choreography, models, wardrobe, make-up, staging design and video content.
