Bradford, who joined Incentivise this month, has had 20 years of experience in the events industry, working for agencies including AYMTM and Corporate Innovations. For the past three years he has worked with The Vantage Point Group as business development director.

At Incentivise, Bradford has been tasked with the further development of existing accounts and the placement of new business.

Bradford’s appointment comes in the midst of ‘ambitious growth plans’ for Incentivise, which has seen a positive start to the year with a number of new client wins and additional events placed by existing accounts. The Warrington-based Incentivise is currently looking into opening an office in the south of the country in the next few months.

John Atkins, director of Incentivise, said: "We are delighted to welcome Paul to the Incentivise team and know his previous experience will prove invaluable in helping us achieve our growth plans."

Bradford added: "I am really pleased to be joining such a successful and forward-thinking agency at this exciting time. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and working with my colleagues, clients and peers to drive our business forwards."
