Facilities at the hotel include a 24-hour fitness centre, a spa and a rooftop area with a juice and snack bar and a swimming pool. Onsite there is also the Firebird Diner, which serves ‘American fare with a gourmet global twist’, and the Luna Sky Bar.

The hotel has created a flexible space for in-house guests just off the lower lobby where they can host business meetings or set up an impromptu workstation. It also offers business services and complimentary wi-fi.
