The new Singapore office will form a hub for the TEC's operations in the Asia-Pacific region. It is its first office in Asia and TEC is currently in the process of recruiting additional team members including event managers, production managers and creative directors within the next six months.

Natalie Crampton, managing director of TEC, said: "Singapore enjoys a vibrant events management industry. We already have client relationships in Singapore so opening an office there is a natural move for us.

"These are very early days for our office in Singapore but I am confident we can build on the successes that we have had in the Middle East.  Crucially for our business, a number of our existing clients in the Middle East have their Asia Head Offices based in Singapore, many of whom have shown a great deal of interest in working with us in Asia.

"I am very excited to be involved in this new challenge as it gives me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and push myself with new challenges."
