Emily Donovan has joined the team as a proposal writer in the sales and marketing department, after spending several years working in Dubai as a brand manager for a group of regional magazines.

Georgia O’Rourke has been made live events projects coordinator, after gaining experience as an events and community fundraiser for a regional charity. There she managed a diverse range of events, including a celebrity golf day, go-karting challenge and a gala ball. In her new role, she’ll be focussing on a series of digital projects for MCI.

In the Petersfield office, Lucy Hicks has been appointed as PCO project assistant. Bringing more than three years’ experience to the role, she will be responsible for supporting the conference website management, conference app’s, E-shots and online registration systems.

Meanwhile, Vanessa Bernhardt has recently moved from the company’s Berlin office, to become housing and registration co-ordinator, while Wyman Babbage has been made junior graphic designer during his university placement year.
