Broadcaster and columnist Julia Hartley-Brewer will chair the two-day forum, which will also host speakers such as John Scarrott, former membership director of the Design Business Association, and Liz Appleyard, communications and events manager at the British Council for Offices.
On the second day, Gordon Glenister, director general of the British Promotional Merchandise Association, will discuss bringing associations into the digital age and engaging with members using digital technologies.
The two-day event will also feature a series of think tanks, case studies and workshops, with a drinks reception and dinner on the first evening. As well as attending the content sessions, delegates will have the chance to network with industry peers and meet suppliers on a one-to-one basis.
