The agency, which is run by former Juice Communications Live managers, Alan Ellis, Tom Griffin, Clare Starck and Jenny Lim, will focus on behavioural science and ROI at live events. The company was bought out with external equity funding.
The team aims to combine their experience in live events, communications and behavioural science, to produce measurable ROIs on events.
Ellis, managing and creative director, said: "The 4th Wave offers something different. There’s most certainly a need for behavioural science and with the expertise on hand, it’s an added value that’s measurable. Clients have spent years hoping that their communication works. We believe that we can take the guesswork out of creative execution."
Griffin added: "Measurable applied behavioural science is at the heart of what we do. We put the science behind the communication. We ensure people not only hear or see but also believe and most importantly do."
Based in central London, the team will be supported by communication professionals and creatives.
