Guests began the evening in the Earth Hall, with a Prosecco reception and interactive food stations, with squid ink blinis, cured salmon and black truffle ricotta tortellinis. The food was provided by Moving Venue.
The group then continued to Waterhouse Way, where they were served lobster cannelloni and treacle roast beef fillet, short rib croquettes and artichoke cream.
Lucy Meehan, senior events manager at the Natural History Museum, said it was a great space for corporate groups. "It is a welcome addition to our venue hire roster and provides organisers with more flexibility, especially those hosting standalone events with smaller guest lists. It was great to see more spaces within our museum come to life during the Moving Venue by Smart event last night and we are looking forward to hosting more events within these undiscovered areas of the museum."
