Corporate Rewards expects 2016 to be a ‘bumper year’ for incentive travel and has produced a list of top incentive destinations it claims are ‘affordable’ and also give a good return on investment.

Its top destinations for incentive travel in 2016 are (in alphabetical order):

  • Baku, Azerbaijan
  • Cape Town, South Africa
  • Copenhagen
  • Croatia
  • Greenland
  • Malta
  • Qatar
  • Romania
  • Vietnam
  • Vilnius, Lithuania

Jo Meddings, head of events at Corporate Rewards, said: "The ultimate reward for your highest performers is incentive travel, whether you want to motivate and reward your employees, or keep your product front-of-mind for your sales teams.

"Incentive travel ideas for 2016 are undoubtedly the best offerings we’ve seen for a decade. They really have the capacity to inspire people to do more, by presenting once-in-a-lifetime experiences."
