Bailey has been at HGA for two years in the role of senior events producer, delivering projects for some of the agency’s biggest clients. She first joined HGA in 2014, after spending two years as account manager at agency OWL Live.

Dan Laurence, managing director of HGA, said: "Laura is a fantastic part of HGA and this promotion is testament to her creativity, keen eye for detail and passion to exceed expectations.

"We are delighted to support her development and see this elevation as thoroughly deserved and the natural step for her. Laura commands the respect of her team and our clients and I am confident both will flourish under her guidance."

Bailey’s promotion is the second in a spate of senior appointments for HGA recently, with the agency hiring WRG’s Andrew Savill as head of business development in December.
