After running training workshops for several years, the Bluehat’s learning and development team has created the new brand as a specialist provider of leadership development modules for graduates and emerging leaders.

Sean Clarke, learning & development director and head of the new division, said that as a company with so many millennial employees, the agency understood the needs of the age group. "We’re experienced in delivering modules on graduate leadership programmes for FTSE companies and we know that what we do works. Our ethos of collaboration, creative and pro-active thinking through game-play mirrors what both external research and our own experience tell us that millennials want from their leadership training."

The programmes include a carefully structured selection of workshops and leadership games, which match the needs of clients. "Some of these we have been running for years, and some are new. I’m especially excited about a game which is new to the UK, called FreshBiz, which challenges us all to play a better game of leadership," said Bluehat’s CEO Tim Shepley.
