The 253-room Park Regis Birmingham can be found inside the former Auchinleck House building, which has undergone a £50m renovation, transforming it into a modern, sliver-clad building.

The property will include 253 deluxe rooms, two junior suites and the city’s largest presidential suite. An à la carte restaurant, all-glass Saki Bar and Pan Asian Fusion Restaurant will be located on the 16th floor, as well as an executive level that will house the property’s conference facilities.

Event space at the Park Regis Birmingham will consist of five meeting rooms able to accommodate up to 150 delegates, while two boardrooms can host groups of between 20 and 40 delegates. Breakout and refreshment areas will also be available alongside complimentary wifi and LCD projectors.

The new Midlands property becomes Park Regis’ 17th hotel worldwide, with other locations including Sydney, Singapore and Dubai.
