Hills Balfour expands MICE division with new appointment

Hills Balfour has expanded its European MICE division with the appointment of new account manager Ruth Bennett, following a year of business growth.

Bennett has more than eight years of experience in the C&I industry and has previously worked as business development manager for London & Partners in its Business Tourism department.

Her appointment follows a succession of new business wins for Hills Balfour, including Hawaii Tourism Authority, Eventing Milan and Milan Convention Centre (MiCo). 

Paul Black, head of the MICE department at Hills Balfour, said: "We are delighted to welcome Ruth into our team, she brings with her excellent destination sales and marketing experience, energy and professionalism.

"As a company we pride ourselves on delivering effective strategic direction and new business results to our destination clients as well as well as providing event planners, be it agency, corporate or association organisers, with information and assistance. Ruth will be an important asset for the team looking ahead."
