Some 400 event professionals have travelled to Denmark for EMEC 2016, which kicked off yesterday with an interactive opening session led by Bo Kruger, owner of Moving Minds.

Delegates enjoyed a trip to Copenhagen Street Food in the evening, a dedicated eatery and events venue in the Christianshavn district. With everything from curry to pancakes on the menu, visitors were able to choose from more than 20 food and drink stalls.

Later in the evening, sport enthusiasts stayed up to watch The Super Bowl, with a dedicated watch party at the Radisson Blu hotel.

This morning kicked off with an interactive group activity, followed by educational meetings and a networking session fuelled by brain food – all made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and natural sweeteners.
