The conference, which lasts four days, will bring together the new executive leadership team and 500 staff members from all over Europe, the US and Asia. The primary focus is to refine the new strategy and to provide a springboard for success in 2016.

Jason Sullivan, employee engagement and recognition manager at Colt Technology Services, said it will be an important event for the business, as the company focuses on its core strengths and vision to be the most customer-oriented business in the industry. "With a new leadership team in place, getting everything spot on – from the content and logistics to production – is essential to set out our plans and galvanise our employees for success," he said. "ACA Live are the perfect partner to help us achieve this."
