Killary Castro joined Lausanne Tourism & Convention Bureau early in 2013 as Congress and Event department assistant and has worked her way up to the new role. Her previous experience includes an internship with Kuoni Destination Management.

Emmanuelle Rose, who joined Lausanne Tourism & Convention Bureau two years ago, has been promoted to the role of head of digital solutions, having previously worked for ImmoStreet, a Swiss real-estate portal, as product manager and owner.

Olivier Mathieu, congress and meetings manager at Lausanne Tourism & Convention Bureau says: "These new appointments come at an exciting period of growth for Lausanne Tourism & Convention Bureau, with the addition of a new Communication and Media Department. By connecting digital activities to print, we hope to identify Lausanne as one of the leading destinations for conferences and travel in Europe."
