VENUE FOCUS: Ancestral castle offers gothic grandeur in the Dales

Swinton Park dates from the 1600s and is set in 200 acres of parkland, lakes and gardens near the Yorkshire Dales. It was opened as a 20-room hotel last year. Private parties and meetings for up to 120 delegates can be catered for in the Library, the Panelled Room, and four syndicate rooms.
