Industry ought to pick the cream of the student crop

What started out as a favour for a friend turned out to be quite an education for me, when I spoke to approximately 200 students at the Hotelympia exhibition recently. Over the course of four days some 2,700 students of catering and hospitality coming from more than 75 colleges and universities nationwide, attended a raft of seminars and followed a 'discovery trail' around the exhibition.
