Commercial director Ben Parkinson has attributed much of the success to its Go Team tablet treasure hunt app, which was introduced to the international market last year.

"As part of the only global alliance of teambuilding companies and with partners in over 40 cities across the world, we are able to deliver UK quality team events abroad at a fraction of the cost of our competitors. We can source experienced teambuilding event crew and equipment from our partners in their local territories," he explained.

In addition to the success of the Go Team Tablet, which is now licensed in 25 places, the agency's Rat Trap event has also gained global popularity. Meanwhile, Bluehat's US arm recently recorded a 30% increase in the number of events delivered.

CEO Tim Shepley said: ‘We are seeing an increasing need for global organisations to engage their teams with a common message using a consistent method. We expect to see this trend continuing in 2016."
